Below is a link to download a PDF version of our 2024 Main Street Party, Sweet Corn Festival, and Tour de Corn vendor application. We hope you will consider joining us in June from the 21st through the 23rd!
The PDF form is for those who would rather pay by check. However, for practicality and the best opportunity for vendor space location, please consider using the online form and payment system by scanning the code below or using the web link. If you still wish to pay by check and submit a paper form, please complete the form below (legibly and completely). Please make your check payable to the East Prairie Revitalization (EPR) and mail it to EPR at the address at the bottom of the page. Preference is given to those who submit their application first either online or by mail. First come, first served.
